The Prior Diesel Well Service Department offers a manufacturing, repair and maintenance service for offshore equipment, with Dave Smith heading a team of experienced personnel with many years service in this specialised field.
We have a manufacturing facility for the following equipment:
Fluid Pump Units
50-900 BHP.
LN2 Converters
60-360K - Sound-proofed or Non sound-proofed.
Centrifugal Flooding Pump Units
Using Weir, Gould, SPP, Mission of another pump manufacturer at your request.
Hydraulic Power Packs
Manufactured to your specifications.

We can also overhaul or service your existing equipment, in our workshop or on-site worldwide.
In addition, we have experience of Hydra Rig, Bowen and Uniflex coiled tubing units, Hydra Rig, Zwick, Cryomec and Spencer Young nitrogen converters from 90,000 to 270,000 SCFH and SPM, OPI and Gardner Denver fluid pumps.
We will supply a comprehensive service from design to manufacture and will also upgrade equipment from the smallest modification to a total rebuild. Units can be manufactured and upgraded to the following specifications:
• Diesel engines will conform to BP200 and EEMUA No.107 (1992) (previously OCMA Mec 1) 'Recommendations for the Protection of Diesel Engines for use in Zone II Hazardous Areas'.
The design and fabrication of lifting frames will conform to the following design codes and standards and overseen by BV, DNV, Llyods or other certifying authority:
• D.N.V. Certification Note No. 2.7-1 "Offshore Containers" May 1995.
• BS EN 12079: 1999 "Offshore Containers - Design, Construction & Testing, Inspection
& Marking"
• AISC "Specification for Structural Steel Buildings" 1989.
• IMO Circular MSC / Circ. 860 "Guidelines for the Approval of Offshore Containers Handled in Open Seas" 22 May 1998.
