Wheelchair access is via the rear tailgate and with the suspension lowered, the ground-to-floor height is only 21cm, allowing for a short 73cm access ramp capable of supporting 300kg. The internal channel width is 87cm.
The Grand Espace features an amazing 7.4 m2 of glass making exceptional visibility for all occupants. Air conditioning is there to keep you cool in summer and easily demist the windows throughout the damper months, and all occupants can benefit from the overhead air vents.

The WAVeurope Grand Espace is designed to transport one wheelchair occupant, with up to five additional people including the driver.
As the conversion requires no specific maintenance, all we recommend is that your dealer carries out a visual inspection in conjunction with routine servicing.
The vehicle has been required to undergo quite stringent testing by Motability who include our Expression model on their lease plans. Quite rightly, they need to know that our car meets their high standards for safety and quality!
The unique seating in the Grand Espace also facilitates the second row of seats to be rear-facing, so the wheelchair occupant can seated with the family, or behind them - whichever suits the occasion.
